On the outside, Carhartt's 3939 leather waterproof logger boots feature an electrical hazard rated, oil and slip resistant Vibram® 360 Logger TC4 Compound outsole. From the inside, a tough, but soft, polyurethane footbed, and Alpine® lining. Alpine lining moves moisture away from the foot and it is treated to be anti-bacterial and anti-fungal. To help reduce foot fatigue, Goodyear Welt construction is used to attach the sole to the boot with a heavy-duty stitch providing enhanced durability and flex.
